Mankind has entered the 21st century, and the economic, cultural, scientific, and other undertakings are flourishing, and there has been a boom that has never been seen before. However, the war machine is also spinning at a high speed, threatening everyone at all times, and we are all in a terror peace. In order to dismantle the existing war machine and realize the permanent and true peace of all mankind, the framework of world peace is proposed.
World peace, from a macro perspective, should be divided into three steps:
The first step is for governments to actively support the United Nations in establishing a “World Peace Declaration Drafting Committee” (the “World Peace Declaration” is a tentative name, referred to as the “Declaration”), Draft a legally binding “declaration.” When formulating the “Declaration”, we should broaden our horizons and brainstorm ideas, so that people in the world have the opportunity to offer suggestions. I believe that depends on the wisdom of the People, we will be able to formulate a best and legally binding “Declaration”. At the same time, this is also an excellent opportunity to promote world peace.
The second step is for the United Nations General Assembly to adopt this“ Declaration”, believing that justice will belong to the people and peace will benefit the world. The UN General Assembly must be able to pass.
The third step is for national governments to actively participate in the” Declaration” and conscientiously implement the “Declaration”. If a number of countries are involved in the dispute of joining and not joining, they can conduct a referendum and let all the people take the ballot to decide their own destiny.
If we do not stand up for peace, then we may become the sacrificial objects of war! Therefore, Everycitizen in the world has the right and obligation to urge his government to take the first step actively, then take the second step and finally take the third step. The real motivation is the people. The people, only the people, form an unstoppable world trend.Therefore, people all over the world should support world peace! All governments should support the United Nations in formulating a World Peace Declaration. The formulation of the Declaration recommendation main content should be: the United Nations launches the disarmament process; the United Nations establishes a military commission; road map to peace.
First, the United Nations launches the disarmament process
1. The member states of the Declaration stopped developing all new weapons.
2. The member states of the Declaration shall not increase or expand the scale of military factories.
3. The member states of the Declaration shall not increase or expand the scale of military academies.
4. The member states of the Declarationimmediately stopped importing and exporting weapons.
5. The member states of the Declaration resolutely crack down on arms smuggling.
6. The Declaration shall set a timetable for the gradual destruction by the member states of murderous weapons such as nuclear, chemical, biological and conventional weapons.
7. Each member of the Declaration is reduced by 5% annually based on the military resources of the previous year. Military resources include military personnel, military expenses, military supplies, military facilities, etc. of the land, sea and air forces.
8.Cut part 50% of the shares of the member states of the Declaration are transferred to the UN Military Commission.
Second, the United Nations established a military commission
1. The United Nations must establish a military commission, whose institutional officials are composed of the heads of the United Nations and key members of the member states.
2. The source of military resources of the United Nations is 50% of the military resources that each member country has reduced annually.
3. The army of the United Nations shall be sent to the countries or regions where peace-keeping is necessary. At the time when no peace-keeping is necessary，the army shall carry out land reclamation.
Third, the road to peace
1. The member states of the “Declaration” have consistently adhered to the disarmament line, and the military strength is getting smaller and smaller. After 50 years, the army is disbanded and all military factories and military facilities are closed.
2. The military resources of the UN military are getting bigger and bigger, reaching a peak 50 years later. At this time, the United Nations began to disarmament and decided on the extent of disarmament each year based on the need for peacekeeping.
3. After 50 years of UN disarmament, the army will be disbanded. There is no more soldier in the world.
4. The national police maintain social order and ensure the smooth progress of many social undertakings in the economy and education.
5. All countries are excused from military burdens. The world can waive more than 2 trillion US dollars of military expenses per year (more than 300 US dollars per capita per year). Everyone can enjoy free education, medical care, health care, pensions and many other social benefits. All social undertakings such as economy, culture, science and technology have developed rapidly.
The “World Peace Declaration”, which is the best entry point for world peace, will bring the world to eternal peace. It is in the fundamental interests of the seven billion people of the world and will be strongly supported by the seven billion people. This is the fundamental guarantee that it can be implemented around the world. In this way, the disasters of war, aggression, expansion, plunder, slavery, violence, poverty, hunger, etc. on our planet are uprooted.
